Processing and delivery

Regular, non-pre-order merchandise is generally processed for shipment within 2–5 business days. Product-specific production and processing estimates take precedence. Eligible Built for the Grown — First Access Drop pre-orders are estimated to dispatch within 7–14 calendar days after purchase.

Processing and dispatch are separate from carrier delivery time. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout for eligible U.S. destinations.

Tracking and order help

Shipment confirmation and tracking information are emailed when your order ships and tracking is available. If you need help with an order, email support@krushvelvet.com with your order number.
