Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders | Made-to-Order Collections

At Krush Velvet Clothing Co., select merchandise is offered through exclusive pre-order releases. These products are purchased before they are ready for shipment and may be manufactured after an order is placed.

Please review the following cancellation terms before completing your purchase.

1. Payment at Checkout

Customers purchasing eligible pre-order merchandise are charged the full purchase amount at checkout.

This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. No additional scheduled merchandise payment is required for these full-payment pre-orders.

2. Pre-Order Shipping Timeframe

For the Built for the Grown — First Access Drop, orders placed October 28–31, 2026, are estimated to ship within 7–14 calendar days after purchase.

The shipping estimate refers to dispatch, not guaranteed delivery. Carrier transit time is additional.

3. Cancellation Before Production

Customers may request to cancel a pre-order before production begins.

Krush Velvet manually reviews orders before releasing them to our fulfillment provider.

For cancellation purposes, production begins when our fulfillment provider accepts the order for manufacturing. Receiving an order confirmation or collecting payment does not, by itself, mean production has begun.

If the cancellation request is accepted before production starts, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation After Production Begins

Because certain Krush Velvet products are made to order, voluntary cancellations and modifications may be restricted once manufacturing begins.

Customers may still contact us to request assistance. We will review the order's actual production status and available options.

These restrictions do not limit cancellation, refund, or other remedies required by applicable law.

5. Delayed or Unfulfilled Pre-Orders

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, revised shipping information, delay-consent options, cancellation opportunities, and prompt refunds required by applicable law.

Customers will not lose legally protected cancellation or refund rights simply because manufacturing has begun.

6. How to Request Cancellation

Email info@krushvelvet.com with:

  • Subject: PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST
  • Your order number
  • The name associated with your order
  • The item or items you wish to cancel

Please contact us as promptly as possible so we can review the request before production begins.

7. Returns After Delivery

Customers receiving eligible standard-sized pre-order merchandise may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Refund & Pre-Order Policy.

Promotional purchases made using GROWN10 are not automatically final sale.

8. Refund Method

Approved cancellation refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Any refund required by applicable law will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
